about • fanlisting • site • index  Moyashimon (Tales of Agriculture) is an anime and manga series crated by Ishikawa Masayuki. It is published in Kodansha's Evening magazine, and the anime, produced by Shirogumi and Telecom Animation Film, aired in 2007 with eleven episodes.

The series follows Sawaki Souemon Tadayasu, a first-year student starting at Tokyo's agricultural university with his childhood friend Kei Yuuki. Sawaki, oddly enough, possesses a special ability to see and interact with microbes (although they look much different than what is normally seen under the microscope). This ability gets him into various adventures and trouble in a unique school with interesting characters at every turn.
